Terms of Service
Welcome to Fring!
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fring platform and provide information about the Fring Service, outlined below. When you create a Fring account or use Fring, you agree to these terms.
1. Who May Use the Services
The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 16.
To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (described below) or older; (2) you will only have one Fring account which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by Fring from using the Service. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 16.
“Minimum Age” means 16 years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for Fring to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including using of your personal data) then the Minimum Age is such older age.
If you are accepting these Terms and using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.
2. Privacy
Our Privacy Statement describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services.
3. Registration
Upon registering, you must fill in the requested information completely and truthfully. After registration you will have access to the service.
4. Account requirements
You may only use one account. Your account must concern yourself and be filled in truthfully. False profiles are removed. If you create and / or manage a profile on behalf of another person, you must be able to provide permission from the other party on request.
5. App access
After registration, you will need to verify your email address. Fring may assume that everything that happens after verification is done under your guidance and supervision. You are therefore liable for this. If you suspect that your app access is known to third parties, report this so that we can take measures.
6. Measurement rules
Should Fring get a reasonable suspicion or come to the realization that your app use is in violation of the law, then Fring unilaterally has the right to remove the material or block access to it. Fring does not have to discuss this with you. Under no circumstances is Fring liable for the damage resulting from such actions.
7. Third party rights
You declare that all content of your contributions comes from you. If this is not the case, you declare that you have permission from the rightful claimant to make this contribution. You indemnify Fring against claims from third parties that are based on the statement that a contribution is against the law in any other way. Fring may also give your personal data to third parties at the time that they submit a claim to this.
8. Availability
Fring does its best to make the service available continuously, but can not guarantee this. Service is performed from time to time and Fring adds new functionalities. This can lead to short interruptions of the Service.
9. Liability
Fring is not liable for damages if you could not use the service at any time, or because the service did not work as you expected. Fring is legally liable in case of intent and gross negligence.
10. Termination of participation
You can delete your account from within the app at any time. Fring may terminate your participation in the event of abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, or when it discontinues the service.
